In the past 2 months we had many great things going on in Kolkata. We thank God and Praise Him for the wonderful things which He has done in Kolkata.
January has become a busy month for the people in UPC Dum Dum, Kolkata for the Crusade February 2008 preparation. We were very exciting and also anxious about what was going to happen in this crusade. Differ from the previous crusade, this time we had 3 days for both Seminar in the morning and Crusade in the evening. We had only one day in the first crusade and also 2 days in the second crusade.
Basically we were not sure if we could manage the 3 days seminar and crusade, as we had less people who work in this crusade. But thanks to the Lord, He has made everything possible to us. We had faced many obstacles during our preparation, but God was there with us all the time.
4 months before the crusade, things were still not in place, many obstacles and problems came one by one, we prayed and fasted asking for His guidance and strength. We know that we couldn't do this alone.
We were so overwhelmed with the responses which we received during the crusade. We thank all the pastors and friends from outside and inside India. It was so great to see them all with us during this crusade, their presence has given a lot of encouragement which we needed during this crusade.
During the crusade there were 13 people were baptized in Jesus name and about 220 people were filled with the Holy Spirit. One week after the crusade, one more person was baptized in Jesus name. We pray that God will bring more people to Him as the Revival is not over yet and it is still continue until Maranatha.
